You are so welcome! I love your blog..I especially liked the post about salt. Of course I remember too when salt was a big “no-no” and now there are stores here that just sell different “gourmet” SALTS…and they’re expensive!

Thank you for inspiring me, I am going through a bad time now, your words really give me courage

The key is you’re “going through” the bad time. It’s when we give up in the middle of the tunnel that things get so much worse. Like that saying goes, when you find yourself walking through the valley..keep walking!! Thanks again for taking the time to alert me to my website issue. I love your photos! Hope you have a good day.- cindy

I like the way you think! Thanks for the follow. I’m looking forward to reading more. I already enjoyed your post about losing your power. We really don’t always remember how fortunate we are.

I love the name of your blog and it so suits life in general. I agree that the river flows easily at times and then is stormy, the next. And yes, sometimes we feel alone as if this only happens to us or our family. Reassuring to know and read that others experience the hills and valleys as well. Looking forward to reading more about your chaos and your calm as we experience our’s as well. Cheryl

Thank-you, and your site is incredible! Your kids are SO fortunate to have traveled to such exotic places..my kids, not so much..unless Epcot in Orlando counts..HAHA

I think Epcot counts! They have done a great job of showing what the countries have to offer.

Well thank-you.😊 I’m not sure what that means, but I will check it out!- Cindy PS- I love your gravatar (sp?) photo.. One of the early pictures I put in my online gallery was of my friend’s hedgehog at Christmas. He’s so cute!

I wasn’t sure either until I got nominated! I think it’s an award given out between bloggers to show their appreciation, and to promote the blogs you like.
Yes, I adore hedgehog’s too. Thanks for the compliment! 🙂

So I must really be a dumb bunny. I finally sat down to figure this out and I have two questions right off the bat…#1 Can a link just be your full web address typed out? I don’t know how to create a link like you did on your page. Also, regarding the logo..do you just cut and paste it into a post? Onto the sidebar? You are probably SOO sorry you nominated me..HAHA!!! 😖 CIndy

Hi Cindy. Of course I’m not sorry! And I’m no computer whizz myself. If you are talking about links to nominees blogs, just copy what you see in the top left bar when you are on their blog page. Then paste it into the URL part of your wp media library. If you notice underneath is an option to name the link. So just type in their actual blog name. ‘Mermaid etc’ and it should show up on your post.
With the Logo, I copied and pasted it into the header (using Add Media) of my blog post.
Hope that helps! If you need ‘talking down’ I will be around tomorrow afternoon. Just email me at Angela10551@hotmail.com, and we can work something out. I am in Switzerland, so it may be morning for you!
Oh and if it’s too much hassle don’t bother! I nearly didn’t! But it’s all good experience I suppose! The wp techie stuff I mean. 😃
Best of luck! Angela x

Hi Cindy! Thank you for liking and following my blog! It means a lot to me!
I also wanted to add I really admire your story and the way you perceive the world! Life is so unpredictable. Good things happen and bad things happen, yet at the end of the day we are able to choose how we respond good or bad. Lets stay in touch!

I like your way of looking at the prospect of dating over the internet. I love the verse from Joshua too. Have a great day.

My son is married, but I have three daughters..two of whom work unbelievable hours. (the other one will be going to college this fall) There are just not a lot of options for meeting guys..so whatever works. 💛 Thanks so much for stopping by! 🌸

I was braced for the worst, but have been very pleasantly surprised. 😊 There’s a little more “maintenance” involved..haha..but hey, I’m totally willing to work at it…want to stay healthy & happy for my family and myself!

Yes I need to get back on the healthy track. Vacation was consumed with eating lots of things I shouldn’t. I feel so much better when I eat right and exercise.

I was just discussing this with my daughter. We just had a big, rolling birthday week-end full of great food, great drinks..tons of fun and I think my body is still trying to return to normal. I haven’t slept well in days, I’m hot, achy and cranky..just not myself. Don’t get me wrong, it was totally worth it (esp the margaritas 👍) but I am physically SO much better (and in balance) when I eat well. 😎
