It’s not too early…

Valentines Day is right around the corner folks and (not to be a Debbie downer but..) I think more than a few of us will be NOT eating out, NOT going to the theater, NOT dancing and NOT going on a week-end get-away– so you may want to think ahead to how you can create an evening that is a bit more fun than dinner, dishes, couch, I-phone, Netflix.

I have suggestion..

My husband and I have been enjoying these boxed conversation starters. I mean I don’t know about you, but some days I get tired of talking about the same things over and over (and over) again. These boxes contain unique questions on cards designed to get fresh conversations flowing. There are all kinds available to purchase..some a bit more risque, others more topical. I’d suggest you read the reviews to get a better idea of the tone and tenor of the set before you purchase so there are no surprises.

My guy and I have been married for 37 years (I KNOW!! 😮) and it amazes me how an intriguing question can start a conversation that culminates in us still learning something new about each other. Some of the questions, like the one below, challenge us both to raise the bar and be more intentional in our relationship.

And no..chores around the house don’t count.

These tend to sell out every now and then, so if you see a set of conversation starters that intrigues you, don’t wait..Valentine’s Day is closer than you think.

**PS- If you are looking for a fabulous bottle of wine for the evening:
