Every Christmas I’d ask for the same gift: a new, Lilly Pulitzer day planner..and every year I’d use it less and less and use the calendar on my i-phone more and more until I finally stopped using my planner all together.

But here’s the thing..  In my heart and soul, I’m still a planner type of girl.  It’s hard to explain, but I “do life”better with a planner. My days are like a fruit salad.. without a planner they look like this:

With a planner they can look like this:

or this:

or even this:

As much as I love Lilly’s happy planners (with the cool patterns and stickers I NEVER used) I went on Amazon to see what else was available..and let me tell you.. there’s a lot! Planners have changed DRAMATICALLY.

These are not your father’s appointment books… there are spaces for goal setting, writing down what you are grateful for, reviewing your week..these planners are motivational and organizational!

It took a little while to settle on a version that best suits my life right now, so be ready to do some research yourself. I’m so excited to use this new and improved little tool and I’m seriously expecting great things…  😉

  1. My greatest joy this past week was setting up my planner. I still use my phone calendar, but the rest is on paper
