“LVP”

Hey.

It’s me again with another (vegetarian) pizza variation. I’m calling this:

Limp Vegetable Pizza.

Ingredients:

Forgotten pizza dough from the grocery store that has expanded to three times its original size over three days sitting in a bag in the fridge.

Limp vegetables “harvested” from every corner of your vegetable crisper drawers.

Tomato sauce, last 1/3 from the jar that is on the top shelf in the way back. If there is fur on the inside lid you may want to pass on it.

Vegan “cheese” sauce..no worries if you don’t have it.

Garlic, salt, pepper

Directions:

Pull, spin, toss, spread, arrange, shake, bake at 500, eat.

 

Delicious!
