Do good. Sleep good. Eat good.

Another study about the positive effects of eating well, sleeping well and exercising comes out today.  What makes this study different is the correlation between “doing good stuff” and memory.

The study, published in the Journal of the Alzheimer’s Association, isn’t promising that Alzheimers can be cured or that you’ll never get it..just that one can possibly delay its onset while also improving cognition.

Sounds good to me.
