Surprisingly, my husband liked it. As for me… the flavors were fine, (after all I’d marinated the stuff for hours) but the texture was a bit strange. I actually think if I break it up into smaller pieces next time it will blend much better with whatever else accompanies it.

One ingredient that was an absolute winner in last night’s stir fry was Naked Wild’s chili pepper infused honey- WOW!! It was SO good in fact, that I boiled some water, poured it into a mug, added a teaspoon of it, some fresh ginger and drank it..it was GREAT!
I basically followed the recipe below but added more Brussel sprouts, used the hot honey instead of regular and marinated the Tempeh for several hours.
