1. Repurpose the time you waste on TV, your i-phone and the internet.
  2. Recalibrate your personal conduct.
  3. Reclaim the OPTIMISM of your youth.
  4. Recharge your body with healthier food.
  5. Revisit your faith heritage.
  6. Review your “friendships” and detach from toxic/degrading relationships.
  7. Revel in moments..put down the phone and be truly present.
  8. Resist the temptation to propagate negativity of ANY kind.
  9. Reach for the seemingly impossible.
  10. Radiate potential and positivity.. be that possibility person..because why not?
