There’s this wonderful, empowering feeling that you get
when you step outside of “your box”..
blow past the boundaries of your comfort zone
and not only survive
but have a great experience.
Yesterday was one of those days for me.
I flew..

and then..
feeling pretty invincible..
I ate lunch at a random Mexican food truck.
Yeah I know..there’s probably some blogger out there posting pictures this morning of the view over the side of a tall Peruvian bridge right before she swallows her fear of heights, bungee jumps down to the rock bed below, and then goes to eat fish eyeball soup at a sketchy, random cantina..
But hey, boxes are boxes..and no matter how big (or small) they are for each one of us, it sure is liberating to get out of them.
I applaud your courage in facing your fear — and conquering it. You go, Cindy!

Thank-you! And yes, while stretching on those tiny planes isn’t always possible, stretching in life is. 😃 What’s amazing to me is watching people at the airports, some of whom have severe handicaps, or are very old, and yet they don’t let their difficulties keep them from getting to where they want to be..It’s inspiring to see that much determination!
