    Up until a few weeks ago , I had my depression and stress “mapped out for the month”….now…I think and hope I contain it to within each hour.

      I’m not sure how you map it out for the month..do you mean having certain things on your calendar that you know will cause you stress? I know for me, living day to day (as much as is humanly possible) helps me curb my anxieties.
