Well, I was going to post about the health benefits of kiwi today, but that will have to wait until tomorrow. This is far more  pungent. (Did I say pungent?.. I meant urgent.) As I was scanning a travel website, an article about stinky travelers caught my eye. Turns out, people who are traveling have more issues with body odor. Now I’m not going to mention ANY names, but a friend of mine and I were recently discussing this problem (that we don’t EVER have) ..and here’s what I learned..The reason people tend to smell worse while traveling is that they are not drinking fluids like they should or maybe normally do. Yes, dehydration can exacerbate the growth of bacteria which leads to..well, you know…bromhidrosis.

Men should drink about 13 cups of water a day, women about 9.  Yikes, that’s gonna be a lot of running to the rest room.  But I guess I’d rather be a frequent tinkler than a “stinkler.” 😉
