Benefits of Breakfast

Data show that people who eat breakfast consume about 7% less food throughout the rest of the day than those who skip that first meal. Lack of time is not only a common excuse for not eating breakfast, but for making food choices that are quick and easy… but unhealthy. My daughter (the health food nut) makes enough oatmeal on certain evenings to last a few days.  This way it’s super convenient just to heat it up in the microwave on busy mornings.
